Announcements have already been made in all the appropriate avenues, but in case you haven't seen: Mammoth is holding an impromptu silent auction next Friday to raise funds to help with the city's reconstruction. Our civil works division is also working with one of the local construction companies to rebuild the shop fronts and damaged apartments downtown. The latter is rather a daunting task, and I'm sure they could use a little extra manpower, if any of you are capable. I do hope everyone is getting on well.

Yes, nothing to end a mind-numbing business meeting like having a pair of Louboutins ruined in a sudden downpour. You'd think the local weather would be able to differentiate between "slight drizzle" and "designer-shoe ruining deluge" by now.
